- We are seeking a strategic Vice President of People Operations to lead our HR, TA, culture and workplace experience teams and drive our people strategies forward.
- The VP of People Operations will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive company culture, and support the growth and development of our team members.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, cultural sensitivity and inclusion throughout the organization.
- 12+ years of broad People Operations (HR) experience with progressive leadership in various positions including at least 5 years of experience leading the function.
- Functional expertise in a range of People Operations areas including employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, people analytics, change management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, culture and engagement, L&D, selection/administration of people operations tech solutions and vendors.
