Job postings created through Job\Searcher are listed and indexed on the jobsearcher website for candidates to view. The listings are also broadcast through google, google jobs, other job boards and through email marketing campaigns. Candidates can apply through any method you choose, including on your website, emailing you directly or calling the hiring manager.
How to create and manage your job post
Simply input the details of your position with the job title, company name, salary or hourly pay and a description of the role and experience desired. Then add the method of which you would like the candidates to contact you. This can be through an online application your own site, listing an email to send resumes to, a phone number to call or simply where to show up and apply.
To edit or remove your job posting, visit the ‘My Jobs’ tab within your dashboard.
