- Position Summary Serves as a strategic HR Business Partner and front-line operational support for assigned business teams.
- The HR Business Partner will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: workforce planning, change management, employee relations, investigations, performance management, employment law and compliance, and HR reporting, while ensuring that assigned business teams are in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations and maintains disciplinary and grievance procedures in a timely, discreet, and professional manner.
- Analyze HR data for the purpose of managing organization structure, identifying trends, and preparing HR plans (i.e., performance management tracking, vacancy reports, HR scorecard, retention rates, etc
