- As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
- Act as HR business partner to Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires (ie new hire orientation, benefits, HRIS, etc)
- Organizational Development: Partner with functional leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies for workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
