- As a Regional Human Resource Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation, employment law/compliance, benefits, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development.
- Partner with internal and/or external legal counsel to prepare for and/or respond to lawsuits or complaints filed by outside agencies; Attend mediations, arbitrations and other court proceedings as needed.
- Train store, district, and regional management in all areas of human capital management including: policy and procedure, leadership skills and development, sexual harassment, talent acquisition, performance management, terminations, and benefits
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience to PHR/SPHR certification.
