- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning strategic objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- The HRBP works directly with the HR Director and serves as a consultant to management by guiding and advising on operational and strategic HR topics.
- The HRBP is responsible for delivering high quality, customer-focused service, supporting all levels of employees by developing, implementing, coordinating and maintaining HR projects, programs, processes and policies, as well as supporting employee engagement.
- The HRBP is an ambassador of people management practices and a driver of change who demonstrates their influence and partnership skills to improve the company.
