- This position is responsible for providing strategic direction and consultation to senior and mid-level leaders, as well as people managers on all matters involving Aramark employees including DEI initiatives, compensation/benefits, employee relations, talent retention strategies, leadership development, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- The Director will influence overall people strategy and ensure effective execution of HR solutions to enable business results.
- Act as primary HR business partner for leaders and managers across assigned corporate functions
- Provide professional consultation and support to management and employees in areas such as compensation, employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, diversity, and organizational effectiveness
- Proactively coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance management, engagement and development topics including progressive discipline, reward and recognition, training, and workforce diversity
