- Job Description: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will build strong partnerships with managers and employees at all levels of the organization to optimally align human capital with business objectives.
- The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor, offering guidance on employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, HR analytics and reporting and policy and procedures.
- Levering business acumen, the HRBP will play an integral role in implementing and championing talent initiatives and strategic HR programs to enhance business outcomes.
- Strategic Advisor: Use HR expertise to support growth, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion.
- Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Partner with DEI to support the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
