- The Director, Human Resources reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in support of the business objectives including providing expertise and guidance in the areas of culture, change management, coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Establish Robust Talent Processes: Accelerate growth through transformational performance management and talent development.
- Develop and implement the HR strategy for the Commercial organization.
- Analyze trends and key metrics, developing proactive actions to support the business and overall HR strategy.
- Partner with HR leadership team to support the implementation of HR strategic initiatives and processes, such as talent planning, performance management, compensation planning etc.
