- Reporting the Chief People Officer, the VP of Human Resources provides strategic leadership in developing and executing the human resources strategy for the North American organization.
- Provides HR support and counsel to senior management (both commercial and operations); coordinates and aligns processes and procedures across the NA businesses.
- Provides direction and oversight in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment (high interaction with plant/warehouse facilities).
- Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; training, supervision, and evaluation of HR Business Partner staff.
- Interacts with functional CoE s on recruitment, compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll business partnering.
