- This position also manages a team of HR support personnel (HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant) so management skills are needed.
- Conduct HR training to increase local management knowledge
- Drive people strategy for the department to align with corporate strategy
- Assist with managing complex employee leave of absence programs and ADA accommodation requests
