- Position Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- Position Description: The HRBP is responsible for advising leadership and providing leadership coaching, workforce analysis/planning, organization design, change management, and strategy development to ensure high-quality employee communications and relationships.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will be a liaison with the rest of the HR organization groups, including Executive Directors, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations, and have an opportunity to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR capabilities and services to clients.
- Ensuring high-quality employee communications and employee engagement.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
