- This position is responsible for supporting multiple Senior HR Business Partners in organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, development of HR programs, training, and change management for specified client groups.
- This position is based in NJ following a hybrid model (3:2) office/work from home and is expected to travel up to 25%.
- Partner with HR COEs to provide support in Talent Acquisition, Leave Management, Compensation planning and other related HR programs and processes.
- Leverage people analytics to drive insights into action, with a focus on driving retention and engagement.
- Masters’ degree in HR, Leadership, OD, Org. Behavior or MBA preferred.
