- With that the role will sit at the very center of supporting all aspects of HR operations, working across process swim-lanes and the technology stack to create lean, connected, employee-centric experiences for FTIs global workforce.
- Work with leadership to create a PoV and vision for FTI's next generation software solution(s) including but not limited to Core HRMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Payroll and Service Delivery.
- Partner across functions to determine FTI's HR data strategy
- Lead the team on creating and maintaining a blueprint of all HR data models and rubrics that drive sound decision making across the HR function.
- Design and implement a data governance approach for all HR data.
