- This position carries out a variety of responsibilities including recruitment/employment, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
- A leader with a keen eye for process improvement and change management skills will help make the Chicago Tech Center team successful!
- Serve as HR Business Partner to all levels of management to align HR programs with business goals.
- Lead all Employee Relations including performance management, investigations, etc.
