- The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the Regional Director of Human Resources and will become an important contributor to our high functioning team.
- Under the direction of the Regional Director of Human Resources, the primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include Benefit Administration, Leave Management, Employee Relations, New Hire Orientation, HR Compliance, HR Project support, and Employee Engagement and Retention.
- Under the direction of the Regional Director of HR, the HR Generalist will be responsible for partnering with TPA benefit teams and partners to provide support and advocacy effectively and efficiently to our team members in all areas of benefit administration and service.
- Will provide support for the TOA Performance Management process, including regular and ad-hoc initiatives to ensure high performing teammates.
- Other responsibilities assigned to the Human Resources Generalist may include providing support/coverage/direction in the areas of recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, HR metrics, HRIS system maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
