- The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role will serve as a strategic partner to Leadership and Team Members providing guidance and support across all levels.
- The HRBP will be responsible for supporting and leading within various aspects of Human Resources (HR) based on need including but not limited to the implementation of change initiatives that align with our strategic objectives, policy compliance, specific annual goal related projects and HRIS optimization.
- Provide guidance and consultation to supervisors and team members on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support with the administration of our Learning Management System
