- The HR Business Partner enables the successful execution of organizational goals by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies.
- The HR Business Partner will carry out day to day responsibilities including policy and procedure interpretation, leave management, benefits enrollment & service escalations, compliance activities, employee relations consultation, and successful teammate onboarding/offboarding.
- Responsible for managing all leave of absence and accommodations needs through full cycle leave management processes.
- Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations; collaborate and align business decisions with external legal counsel.
