- Guides and maintains strategic HR business partner relationships at all levels within the organization and with partnership from HR COEs, has direct leadership of Human Resources including Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.
- Provides a vision for Health Services human resources to support strategic initiatives, promote innovation, and ensure collaboration and integration across all operating clinics, hospitals, and other supporting entities.
- Establishes benchmarks for HR services and functions while simultaneously supporting the development of innovative approaches where these services and functions can positively impact employee engagement, care delivery, and financial performance.
- Works closely with HR teams to ensure policies and strategies create healthy employee and labor relations and employee engagement across clinics, while inspiring trust, teamwork, integrity, and commitment to the mission, values, and goals of the system.
