- This is a multifaceted role of executive team leadership, people strategist, HR business partner, and talent and culture developer who must be skilled at leading and operating within an organization and across partners.
- Guide the development of messaging and use internal communications to drive employee engagement.
- Partner with Benefits Specialist and Finance team to support annual benefits review and enrollment process, wellness programs, and on-going benefits administration.
- Partner with internal Grants, Contracts & Compliance team, and HR legal counsel on all HR-related legal concerns, including visa applications, employment law and employment classifications.
- Establish protocol for usage of candidate and employee HR data, and implement cadence for reviewing and assessing data, with an eye toward improving the candidate and employee experience.
