- Designs and develops an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, Occupational Safety and Health and employee support services for the Entire Human Resources in North and South America (Americas).
- Ensure all HR functions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the US and in Latam region.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field
- Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in managing HR departments within international companies with strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, immigration processes, occupational safety and health.
