- Key responsibilities are as follows: Lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & incentive programs, retention, organizational development, performance management, talent development, DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion), employee relations, and employment compliance.
- Maintain compliance with changes in employment law, EEOC and other laws and regulations at the state and federal level and communicate with management as necessary.
- Requirements Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in human resources, business administration, communications, and/or behavioral science(s), MBA or master’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
