- 20% - Talent Management – Lead the PC & PD Teams with continuous improvement efforts with a focus on delivering exceptional PC programs and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition strategies, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Leave Management to achieve top notch performance and health throughout the credit union.
- 20% - Talent Development – Partners with all levels of leadership to drive people development programs and initiatives that will develop talent to ensure confidence in delivering the member experience and to establish our people as the competitive advantage.
- Cultivate a learning culture that develops and facilitates a Leadership System, that includes leadership onboarding, development through competency modeling, career, and succession planning to build continuity in how leaders serve employees and members and solidify a strong bench to achieve corporate goals.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of the Total Rewards program, including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives and other rewards and perquisites.
- Lead in a way to inspire the mission and values of the organization to develop effective leaders and increase employee engagement to become an employer of choice.
