- The HR Operations function is responsible for managing and delivering administrative, repeatable, and transactional support / advice to people leaders and employees across the full HR value chain including but not limited to payroll, compensation administration, benefits management, and administration, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, mobility, and employee data management.
- Lead Regional Payroll Operations, Employee Call Center, HR Compliance & Internal Controls, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Mobility, and other HR transactional services.
- Actively manage and improve HR Operations (HR Shared-Services) SLAs and KPIs while providing a superior employee and manager experience.
- Accountable to simplify, automate, and create consistency in all day-to-day HR Operations processes across North and Latin America locations.
