- The Sr. Human Resource Manager will direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including supervisor responsibilities, employee relations, leave of absence, staffing, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- The Sr. HR Manager works closely under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources and the overall direction of the Vice President of Human Resources.
- In coordination with the Director of Human Resources, provide support and guidance to the HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assists the Director of Human Resources in maintaining up-to-date and accurate standard operating procedures.
