- Oversees the implementation, administration, and dissemination of information regarding all Human Resources functions including employment, training, management development, associate programs, workers’ compensation, and benefits for exempt and non-exempt associates, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, Title VII).
- Escalate high level issues to Sr. HR Manager as needed.
- Offer guidance on associate counseling issues and escalate prior to termination.
- Administers performance management and appraisal programs to ensure program effectiveness.
