- The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic and tactical HR support to Russell Investments' business units with a specific focus on our North American Go-To-Market (Sales) and our Global Marketing teams.
- You will support your internal clients with all aspects of the associate lifecycle including and not limited to talent management & development, workforce planning, organizational design, managing employee relations issues, compensation & benefits and leading/ supporting HR projects and initiatives.
- Develop deep business relationships that contribute to trustworthy advisement and strategic and tactical HR support.
- Provide proactive HR support, meeting regularly with business unit leaders, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Proactively highlight any potential issues associated with HR Operations / processes or projects stemming from any regulatory, employment regulations or Global HR Projects.
