- Lead the transformation of HR support services through the implementation of a tiered service model of case management including the contact center, benefits and leave administration and people relations support
- Collaborate with HR COEs, Tech & Data, Risk and OGC in analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions to drive compliance, consistency and operational efficiency in people support processes
- Manage relationships with key vendors including benefits administrator, leave of absence service provider, and other insurance and benefits providers
- Understand and advise on the interaction of applicable laws including FMLA, ADA, HIPA, ERISA
- Minimum twelve years of recent progressive HR generalist or operations experience; minimum four years of recent supervisory experience preferred, preferably within a professional services environment
