The position requires a strong background in all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition, and payroll management.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of developing and implementing HR strategies to support our diverse team in the APAC region.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, and payroll management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across different countries in the APAC region.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development.
