- We are seeking a high energy, experienced People & Culture Manager who is people-focused, motivated, and organized to help drive a comprehensive talent management program.
- Under the supervision of our Vice President of People & Culture, the person in this role will manage the day-to-day internal People & Culture needs for our Northern California divisions.
- Effectively manage FMLA leave and disability related tasks and reporting.
- Manage and facilitate leadership training, including such topics as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, harassment prevention, and other key areas.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
