- This position will also be responsible to for handling employee relations issues and have oversight on our onboarding and HRIS. Will perform assorted administrative and project management tasks associated with Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys and Action Plans, Open Enrollment Periods, Recruitment, New Hire Orientation, Succession Planning, Organization and Development, etc.
