- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is responsible for promoting winning HR strategies throughout the organization and fostering an environment of continuous improvement by providing exceptional support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, associate engagement, and employee services.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and training to managers on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Proactively gather, interpret, and present metrics and analysis (performance, turnover, employee engagement, and other data) to business leaders to influence decisions.
- Actively contribute to strategic initiatives and systems to future proof the organization (e.g., culture and engagement, organizational analysis, talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, innovative programming, etc.)
