- The incumbent will encompass a broad knowledge of HR topics to enable them to perform a diverse set of job duties each day.
- Actively participate as a vital team member of the US HR Team. Responsible for overflow talent acquisition duties such as sourcing and recruiting.
- Under general direction, administer employee relations programs, policies, procedures and functions, be the wellness champion, assist with employee engagement activities, coordinate HR activities, and other necessary projects.
- Serves as a consultant for management and employees through any employee relations issues;
- Attend calibration sessions as a note taker and disseminate the calibration notes to the managers;
