- The HR Business Partner will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence.
- The HR Business Partner will maintain a productive relationship with the Union in the mutually beneficial interest of employees.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business expansion and optimization, including strategic planning, talent acquisition and management, development, change management and employee relations.
- Serves as company representative for union-related matters including proactive communication with union, partnering on mutual company and union interests and serves as escalation point in the grievance process.
- Acts as a shepherd of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in partnership with Labor Relations Coordinator.
