- We are seeking a confident, experienced HR Business Partner to provide a full range of HR business support to the Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) organization in our Atlanta, GA office.
- The role is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence.
- Lead day-to-day HR processes, practices and initiatives, including coaching leaders and managers, building winning teams, managing performance and compensation processes succession planning, employee engagement, career management, workforce planning, learning, employee relations, onboarding, working environment, recognition and more
- Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a technology organization and/or a global environment.
