- The Executive Director, HR Business Partner - Medicaid is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of a $12B growing business.
- This leadership role is a thought partner to aligned executives and focuses on talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, and compensation.
- The Executive Director HR will provide broad scale HR consulting and solutions to senior leaders, operating as a full member of the senior leaders management team.
- The Executive Director HR touches all aspects of the HR function and partners with the business leaders to design and deliver on programs that align with and enable the Medicaid segments business objectives.
- The successful Executive Director HR proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the organization - structure, size, workforce composition; provides leadership coaching and supports team effectiveness efforts with teams through direct and actionable feedback; manages and drives multiple HR programs across the Medicaid segment in a fast paced and complex business environment while building capability within business and support leaders through change.
