- As an Employee Relations Manager you'll play a critical role in providing Human Resources consulting services and employee relations expertise in the areas of performance management, policies and procedures, employment law, leave of absence, workplace accommodations, and immigration-related matters.
- Proactively handles complex employee relations case work, providing direction to leaders on handling sensitive employee issues.
- Leads and/or manages investigations into workplace complaints, misconduct, and/or policy violations.
- Provides counsel to leaders and employees related to employment issues and conflicts.
