- The DSS Access Coordinator works to support students connected to the DSS office through oversight of the testing center, case management, record maintenance, creating reports, and working with the student registration/renewal process.
- Provides shared management and mentorship to a Graduate Assistant and student employees acting as Testing Assistants.
- Coordinate the implementation of accommodations, assistive technology, or auxiliary aids and services, such as but not limited to, classroom or building access, sign language interpreting/speech-to-text services, and temporary parking needs;
- Provide support and management for the DSS Graduate Assistant, including hiring and onboarding;
- Cultivate a culture of trust with the DSS office for both students and the DSS team through attention to detail and quickly meeting student needs;
