- The Director is responsible for operational and consultative HR functions aligning business objectives with management and employees across the FoC and will lead and oversee day to day People Operations with a concentrated focus on the development and oversight of the People & Performance Business Partner (PBP) program.
- P&P’s Business Partners are assigned to designated company entities and deliver a broad range of HR support in employee relations, talent management, compensation, retention, change management and engagement.
- Be a true hands on leader with the ability to successfully monitor the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in the cultivation of performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for all departments.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and can pull relevant components from complex sitiations to connect the dots and make sound decisions; knowing when to escalate appropriately.
