- We are currently seeking an Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management.
- This position has responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
- Partners with the VP of HR in implementing effective people initiatives & interventions to increase productivity, drive employee engagement and improve retention.
- Manages and resolves employee relations queries and issues, including escalation of more complex situations as appropriate.
- Administers the performance management program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
