- In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in our Benefits and Compensation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and provide a seamless employee experience aligned with the People Operations strategy.
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, and contributing to enhancements in business processes as well as providing Leadership to our Payroll & Benefits Administrator and HR Compliance/HRIS Specialist.
- Your role includes driving continuous improvement in payroll and benefits processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and provide a seamless employee experience aligned with the People Operations strategy.
- You will provide guidance and supervision for the Payroll & Benefits Administrator and HR Compliance/HRIS Specialist.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities and projects as directed by the Rewards and Planning Director or Senior People Operations Manager in the North American region.
