This key culinary role will help lead the successful operation of the SBISA Dining Hall food service team. Sbisa Hall offers an All You Care to Eat buffet providing delicious food using state-of-the-art equipment at various stations. Our culinary team prepares all of the food at Sbisa Dining Hall and is open 7 days a week.As a culinarian within our dining programs, you will be hands on with menu development and preparation, infusing creativity, and precision into every dish. This role entails helping supervise budgeting and food costing, ensuring client and customer satisfaction, and fostering employee training and growth.
