Were committed to delivering the best for our clients and our employees!Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up machines to perform specific tasks.Operate equipment and perform repetitive tasks to prescribedprocedures to process components into specifications.Perform tasks using necessary QC equipment to assure complianceof components to specifications.Assess process or material performance against establishedstandards or specifications and troubleshoot problemsVisually inspect components for material imperfections and makejudgments as to component acceptability.Maintain compliance to procedures and regulatoryrequirements.Handle chemicals with proper training.Perform basic mathematics and statistical calculations.Perform other duties and responsibilities, as required.RequirementsMust pass a drug test, criminal background check and all required assessmentsExcellent attention to detailBasic computer skillsGood mathematical and mechanical aptitudeGood verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsHealth care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
