Machine Operator

The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!**Key Responsibilities:**+ Operate machines such as press production, braid winding, lathe, and crimping equipment+ Perform assembly tasks using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, etc.)+ Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions+ Accurately record production counts, including good and scrap parts+ Perform quality checks and report defects+ Maintain workstation inventory and keep work areas clean+ Adjust machine settings as needed and troubleshoot basic quality issues+ Follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous material handling procedures+ Meet production standards and tolerances+ Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor**Requirements:**+ Ability to consistently lift **up to 30 lbs** ; team‐lift available for heavier items+ Ability to stand, sit, bend, and reach for extended periods+ Experience reading tape measures or measuring devices+ Machine Operator experience preferred+ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions+ Manual dexterity for assembly work+ Must speak and understand English**Perks:**+ Pay: **$** **20.87/hour**+ Shift: 4th shift **Friday - Sunday** or **Saturday - Monday** / 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM+ Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter+ Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
