Production Operator- 3rd Shift

Job Title: 3rd Shift Stamping Machine Operator Company: Nesco Resource Location: Avon Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday) Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour (Overtime possible) Job Summary: Nesco Resource is hiring 3rd Shift Stamping Machine Operators for a manufacturing client in Avon. In this role, you will operate stamping machines to produce metal components used in automotive parts and assemblies. No experience is required—training is provided. Responsibilities: Operate stamping machines following company and safety procedures Load metal parts into machines and remove finished components Inspect parts for quality defects Use basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Complete production and quality reports Perform basic machine checks and maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: No experience required Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shift Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Apply today with Nesco Resource to get started!
