If Lockbox Specialist sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!**Responsibilities for a Lockbox Specialist include but are not limited to:**+ Perform high-volume scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received via U.S. mail, overnight mail, and local courier using high-speed machinery.+ Conduct Match and Compare, HealthLogic Match and Compare, and Special HealthLogic Match and Compare activities per client request.+ Complete routine machine maintenance, extract documents from envelopes, identify exception transactions, and process cash handling, credit card payments, and foreign items.+ Ensure scanned/imaged documents meet department quality guidelines and correctly identify different workflows and document retention requirements.**Candidates for Lockbox Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:**+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and sit for prolonged periods in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.+ Basic PC knowledge and comfort with routine machine maintenance.+ Ability to adhere to all policies and procedures, including compliance with HIPAA and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.+ Commitment to staying informed of business updates, identifying risk using appropriate framework, and supporting cultural values.**What's in this Lockbox Specialist position for you?**+ Pay: $18.00/hour+ Shift: Friday-Tuesday, 9:15 PM-5:45 AM+ Assignment Length: 12-month assignment+ Weekly paycheck+ Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter+ Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy (https://www.adecco.com/en-us/employers/about-us/programs-partnerships/aspire-academy) with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis Lockbox Specialist role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
