Job Summary:Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Duties:Process large volumes of invoices daily using PO and non-PO dataPerform data entry and validation tasks in automated systemsEnsure invoices are processed in compliance with internal policies and timelinesMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailCollaborate with team members and support overall Accounts Payable goalsDesired Skills/Experience:0+ years of experience, data entry or invoice processing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stay focused and efficient when performing repetitive tasksProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00.
