- Your areas of responsibility will include the strategic leadership and oversight of talent acquisition and retention, HR business partnerships, employee relations, total compensation and benefits administration, position classification and structure, organizational design, wellness, student employment, and all other talent related projects, initiatives, and systems.
- Plan, guide, and advise the President on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the HR Team and develop strategies to support and advise the Leadership Team and the University in the areas of workforce planning, recruiting, and career development.
- Partner with the Office of Performance Excellence to design diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs that strengthen awareness, build capabilities, and promote a climate of belonging.
