- In addition, the Vice President of Human Resources directs and coordinates human resources activities to include recruitment and selection, compensation, labor relations, policy analysis, employee benefits, payroll, training and development, employee communication, and employee recognition programs.
- Represents management in labor relations while verifying adherence to the terms of labor contracts by monitoring implementation of policies and procedures.
- Oversees the maintenance and communication of records and reports required by law or local governing bodies; and Provides oversight of ADA for compliance serving as the ADA Coordinator.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: The Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and three HR Directors directly report to this position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and relationship building skills.
