- Summary: This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards, and will aid in designing, planning, and implementing policies and procedures for executive compensation programs and equity administration to ensure the organization is able to attract, motivate, retain, and reward senior level employees.
- The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Total Rewards team, HR business partners, HRIS, Legal, IT, Corporate Communications, and various external vendors in order to administer executive compensation program(s) and support the implementation of new systems, process standardization, auditing, analysis, communications, compliance, etc.
- Administering stock plan (equity) program(s) by processing employee grants, determining eligibility, calculating award values, coordinating grant notices, monitoring, canceling awards, etc.
- Preparing release and exercise details for payroll and financial reporting.
- Helping develop and draft materials to be presented to senior management and the Compensation Committee.
